Hello! Please see my short review. Pick up was on time. Minivan took us from hotel and drove abut 15 to the pier. We met our guide and pay taxes for National Park. Boat was wooden longtail. Not new, but good condition. On the boat was ice box with cold water, life jackets, mask and tube. Fins was not provided, this is not good. Lunch box was simple but delicious, we enjoyed it on the Koh Poda beach, under the palms. Was Fantastic!!! We visit two small islands opposite Chicken Island, and finally to to Railay. There we had free time, what we use to walk inside the area and found great caves and local temple. We had a great time!!! I give 4 starts only because dont have fins!

An incredible show! Honestly, don’t worry about getting the cheaper upper seats — they re actually more comfortable and offer a great view. The lower rows will leave you soaking wet, but as they say here: the wetter you get, the happier you are! The venue is small, but everything is well arranged. You get to enjoy both the seal and dolphin shows, and all the animals are lively, playful, and full of energy! My husband and I went together and couldn’t stop smiling the entire time — we felt like kids again. Definitely recommend stopping by if you have a free day in Phuket

Overall a pleasant trip. Operators should improve on pickup arrangements as 3 persons had to stand on the back of the pickup truck which is quite dangerous. English proficiency of local guide should be improved as compared to other tours joined. Itinerary, introduction and guide of places should be explained in more detail.

Rafting would be more fun if the river currents were stronger. ATV ride was great. The local villagers were warm. Fairly good food served during lunch with very generous portions. The show was so fun, really, we all had a great time – kids, parents, even grandma was laughing. The pool isn’t that big, but somehow it makes you feel close to everything, more real. If you sit in the first few rows, just warning – you will get wet, like pretty much soaked, but that’s part of the fun I guess. Honestly, we didn’t expect much, but it was way better than we thought. Even us adults were cheering like kids again. Just pure fun, nothing too fancy but made us all smile. Defintely a good stop if you got a free day in Phuket. We would go again for sure.

Everything went perfect. We had a new boat with friendly staff. Even though they havent spoken english very well, we havent had any troubles and could just relax and enjoy. Apart from visiting stunning places around Hong island and lagoon we had fun jumping in the open sea from the boat, less crowded spot for snorkelling than the others and all the good quality equipment we needed. Finally, the peak of the day was outstanding sunset and delicious fresh BBQ on the small empty beach. Wow! That was something that made our trip. Thank you very much Viagotour!

Dolphins Bay Phuket is truly a wonderful experience for all ages. Watching the dolphins and seals perform their tricks was simply amazing — they’re so intelligent and well-trained. The bond between the animals and trainers is heartwarming, and the show is both fun and impressive. Time flew by, and I was completely entertained throughout. I’d definitely recommend booking in advance to get better seats, as it can fill up quickly. For a bit extra, you can take photos or even swim with the dolphins — which was the highlight for me! The staff were friendly and everything was well organized. I’d absolutely visit again!

The tour itself was beautiful and existing. However the crowd at the first beach (tup island) was terrible and scaring. All other locations were very nice and not so crowded. The fire show at the end of the trip was very impressive. TERRIBLE and a lot of WASTE OF TIME was the return transport to our hotel. We have to wait for more than 30 minutes for our TukTuk-taxi. More then 150 people must be splited for the transfer. Hotel by Hotel and car by car!!! Very, very bad organization !!! We retourned to our Hotel first after 10:00 pm.

We went on phiphi island trip on 23rd November,18. Every thing was so beautifully managed from pick up from hotel to speedboat drive to various activities to lunch to explore the beautiful islands until finally coming back to Ao Nang beach. Our Guide Mr. Fadhil was awesome and his entire team was so co- operative. Good commentary in English, Ample water to drink, clean boat, Fresh cut fruits in evening and motivating all for doing snorkeling, swimming are the things to remember. Our booker of Viagotour is also a very nice gentleman. He helped us by prompt reply of my questions to him on whatsap, ensuring that our pick up is done, our trip was good or not shows his passion for work. We are an Indian Family of 4 with two kids. We booked this tour of 4 islands in a speedboat just one day before, that too very late in evening but thanks to Viagotour who accepted our last minute booking with a request of vege meal option. Post our booking online, he was kind enough to come and give us our confirmation voucher. Next morning, our pick up was well in time in an open car. We were taken to pier in Aonang beach, registered for insurance and other formalities done. We Paid 1000 baht for 2 adult and 1 kid towards park fee levied by government. And our journey started. Our speedboat number was very good. New and clean boat owned by local tour operator The coach Mr. Faruh and his team was superb having good knowledge, Good English speaking skills, good hospitality. They took us to all 4 islands and gave sufficient time to explore these islands, for swim and doing snorkeling. Lunch was basic but awesome..Thai rice with boiled vegetables. They have a big ice bucket with lots of water bottles to drink. In evening they provide us fresh cut fruits, watermelon and pineapple. They provided life jackets and snorkeling sets with a friendly warning of not loosing them. Their person who is mainly responsible for laying the anchor in sea was very helpful as he helped people struggling in doing snorkeling as well he helped one family whose swim fins fell in the sea bed. We came back in evening around 3 pm and they provided a free drop till our hotel. A very nice and memorable trip it was at a most cost effective rate to book through Viagotour.com. Thanks to all

Booked the 4 islands by longtail on this website 2 days before, didnt need a hotel transfer cause we had a rental motorcycle and our hotel was out of the area. They conveniently gave me a number to call on the day when we arrived at the meeting point provided. When we arrived i called 3 times and the guy answered everytime without any hasitation. Got picked up by their transport and they took us to their pier. At the pier the vibe was great and they had coffee and some snacks for everyone, while their rep followed through with some safety procedures. The staff is amazing, all you people who speak decent english. We got sorted into groups depending on the tour we booked then headed off to the boat. Our tour guide Mr Yut and his staff were exceptional and very sweet. We followed through with the tour of the 4 islands, had lunch on the last island and on the way back they even handed us fresh slices of pineapple and watermelon. Me and my wife are very satisfied with the service, thankyou and we highly recommend

We were looking for an inexpensive tour to see as much as possible, as we were only 2 days in Ao Nang/Krabi. After research we decided to book with Viagotour and their local partners. We cannot recommend more these professionals. Everything was great. A very good service-price rate. We were picked up from the hotel on time (8.30 am) and went to a pier close to the see. A meeting point where the provider create groups for the several tours. They serve small snacks, water, juice and coffee. We start with first desrination of 4 of the day. Before this we were informed about behaviour on the boat, animals and islands we will visit. Everything with seriousness but also nice humor and good english. On board we could grab fresh cold softdrinks (free). Later the day they serve lunch buffets at the beach of Poda Island. Plenty food with vegetarian options. We had time to enjoy the beaches 30-45 min. Each island and snorkel in front of Chicken Island with amazing fishes. For people who want to enjoy long sunbaths and snorkeling they should book private tour. For people who wants to see much in short time and are happy to dip into the water shortly and a little sun bath this tour is ideal. In total we were very sarisfied with the service and would do it again. Local partner today was very good and funny guys. After the tour we were brought back to our hotels.

Package given by Viagotour was very nice. It was very fun. I have earlier also booked phi phi tour package but I must say this was awesome. Guide given by Viagotour was also very jolly and nice. Food was good and both veg and non veg food was available which was great thing. Enough time was given for snorkeling. At phi phi a little more time can be given but that was also ok. They have given jiuce coffee in morning then during the way they have also serve water and cold drinks. At phi phi lunch was served and then at other island fruits and cold drinks were served. At last I can at this price this tour was super awesome cool.

This was a really nice tour! I really recommend only going if the weather is perfect, though, so you can really see the colours of the sea. The tour guide was very enthusiastic! One bad thing though, was that I went snorkeling far out. I didnt know it was time to come back until I happened to raise my head and see the boat about to pull away. They didnt do a proper head count and almost left me there.

Did not live up to expectations. Originally booked a morning tour but it was later in the day when I booked and the morning slots had been filled so they had to switch me to the afternoon. Ok, no worries. Driver was about 10-15 mins late for the 2pm pickup. He nor the boat operator spoke any English so communication was limited. Not much explanation of anything to be honest. Just get on the boat and take off. Aside from the limited communication the boat operator was otherwise fine however. This was really a three island tour because we stopped at Railay for MAYBE five minutes and never got off the boat. Pointed Railay, take photo is basically what I was told and that was it, off to Chicken Island. Got a solid amount of time to snorkel there, then back on the boat to loop around to the other side of Tup to hop off for some beach time. Also had a good fruit platter set out on the boat. Got about 50 mins on the beach, then set out for Poda where I got about 40 mins there on the beach. Left Poda probably around 6:15pm or so as the sun was setting and had to stop to help tow another tour boat back with us that had some issues. Got back to the dock in Ao Nang a little after 7pm. Feel like I would have been better off just going the group tour route. The value for the money wasnt worth it because the added autonomy provided no extra benefit to my experience and didnt fully receive what was advertised.

This was our first tour through this company and, although we were hesitant to book online, it was a great trip! We were promptly picked up by a mini truck who took us to our destination. We were greated by our friendly tour guide who offered us drinks. Shortly after we got there we kayaked to a private beach cove, which was my favorite part of the trip, then through some canyons, and the mangrove with monkeys. Our group was small and felt more personable. Our guide, whose name I wish that I knew, was very friendly and smiled often. He even went out of his way to show us things that the other groups did not get to see! The only negative of this trip is that we felt guilty while we ate lunch since we paid for the full tour and the others had to wait until we were done to go home. I recommend doing just the half day and bringing snacks. We ultimately skipped the beach and went home after lunch.

We did the morning kayaking and it was brilliant. We were collected, taken 40 mins to the river and there our adventures began. The guide was so good, we got to see lots of monkeys in the mangroves. The day started being picked up later than agreed. First we went kayaking but due to low water we only went up half way and didn’t see any caves and only a very small part of the mangroves. Our guide did not speak English enough to give us any explanations on the tour. Only where we could kayak. So we went up and down a small part of the original tour. The communication was not very good, by returning at lunch break we started wandering about en then found out, our lunch was already served at a table 15 minutes ago. De biggest shock came when we went for our second part; visiting the elephants. This shocked us; this was more than a circus/carnaval attraction. Two elephants chained to a ambrella in the heat of the day. We saw a sign saying that we would go trekking with the elephants. This should not be happing in 2026 any more. We asked te be returned back to our hotel immediately. That was no problem, they didn’t even ask why! Probably this happens more, only the Russian en Chinese speaking people stayed to “enjoy” the trekking.

Very nice guide and crew. 7 islands trip is a little bit misleading, because 3 of the islands are connected (chicken island) and 2 or 3 of the islands are just big rocks and you just stop there for some snorkeling. The dinner at Railey beach was nice but there was no toilet available. Thats just bad.

This tour was fantastic and the overall management of such a large group of people was extremely well done! From pick up to queuing for payment, collecting snorkeling gears and getting on the correct boat- everything was very smooth and easy! I was very impressed! Throughout the day, adequate time was given at each stop and was perfect to have a few photo opportunity or just rest our feet in the sand. Our guide and all the team on the small-boat was so fun and instructions was clear! The team behind these tours are excellent and I cant recommend them enough. What was even more impressive was the way theyve handled everyones transport back to the hotel. Instructions was very clear and no one was confused/lost. Will highly recommend this tour just to get a glimpse of Krabi and have a fuss-free day! Definitely value for money for a full day tour.

Mr.B is the Guide who acts funny and good in beginning but in the end he is money minded bit rude.He asks for tip in the end, if we dont give he will show his true colours at that time. Tip is not demanded, i didnt like his behavior,so I didnt give tip... please make sure your employees dont demand tips, tips should be given by customer when he feels good with staff. Trip is good...had good time...

- Overall our experience of the trip was quite mixed The good: - Tour guide (Best) was very nice and hospitable throughout the trip - The itinerary was flexible so the tour guide chose to go to a stop if it was best for that time of day (e.g. depending on weather and how busy the place was) so it felt like we did every stop at the right time - We saw some great spots (Lagoon on Phi Phi Leh, snorkeling in Maya Bay) The bad: - Unfortunately the trip was tarnished because of the stop at Monkey Beach. It is not really safe here and one can be attacked, unprovoked, by the wild monkeys in the vicinity (as my girlfriend was) - As I understand it, severe / serious attacks are very rare (although per our guide biting tourists is a daily occurrence) - in our case my girlfriend was jumped on by monkeys and scratched several times - With the best course of action being to see a doctor in case of rabies exposure (as my girlfriend then did) this was not a good end to the trip! - We would advise Viagotour not to stop at Monkey Beach for safety of their customers and also the beach and setting was not as impressive as the other stops!

We went on a Khao Sok lake 1 day tour and it was unforgettable! The longboat captain was a super nice dude, stopped at all the scenic views for photo ops, let us ride on the front of the longboat and gave us a great tour of the cave with no English skills. Highly recommended if you dont want to spend the night.

Perfekt organisierte Tour. Extrem freundliche Mitarbeiter, Perfektes Zeitmanagement. Wir konnten super toll schnorcheln, es gab jede Menge wunderschöne Fische. Insgesamt waren es 3 Schnorchelstops. Mittags bekamen wir noch ein sehr leckeres thailändisches Essen, „perfekt auf Touristen abgestimmt“ - also nicht scharf. Die Überraschung am Schluss: wir wurden direkt am Hotelstrand mit dem Boot abgesetzt. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, es war ein wundervoller Tag. Vielen Dank dafür!

After having read a number of old reviews on the Internet we were a little sceptical and not sure if was a good idea to choose this tour, but we decided to try and do not regret it. Punctual pick up, kind staff and good organised tour from the begging to the end. The only minus, as it is often the case, were more about some bad mannered tourists showing inappropriate behaviours or even taking giant shells from the sea and hiding them in their bags. Hopefully they get fined at the airport, but harder control of this kind of people while snorkelling would be needed.
