3. How to Pay
ViagoTour accepts payments via credit/debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB). All card payments require 3D Secure authentication for added safety and are processed through trusted leading providers in Southeast Asia.

4. Receiving Your Voucher or e-Ticket
Upon completing your booking, you will receive a Tour Voucher via email. Please present this Voucher (printed or from your smartphone) to the tour staff or driver at the scheduled pickup time. Your departure details will be included in the Voucher.

5. Amendments and Cancellations

• Amendments: You may amend your booking free of charge if the request is made at least 24 hours before your tour date, subject to availability.
• Cancellations: For cancellations, a processing fee (150 THB per person + credit card fees) will apply. Refunds will be processed within 7-30 days, depending on your bank and country.

To amend or cancel your booking, please email us at support@ViagoTour.com with your Booking (Voucher) number.

6. Security of Your Information
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. All payment data is encrypted and securely handled by our payment processors. We do not store sensitive financial information on our servers. Our website uses HTTPS encryption to ensure a secure connection between your device and our site.
