1. About Us
ViagoTour is a brand of DKS Technology Co. Ltd., a tour company licensed by the TAT Tourism Authority (License Number: 14/04273). We offer a range of travel and tour booking services worldwide.

2. Bookings and Payments
We accept credit/debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB). All card payments require 3D Secure authentication and are processed securely by leading providers in Southeast Asia. After payment, you will receive a booking confirmation with a Tour Voucher.

3. Tour Voucher and e-Ticket
Upon payment confirmation, a Tour Voucher will be sent to your email. Please present this Voucher (printed or from your smartphone) to the tour staff on the date of your tour. The Voucher contains departure details and pickup information.

4. Amendments and Cancellations

• Amendments: Amendments are allowed up to 24 hours before the tour date and are free of charge, subject to availability.
• Cancellations: For cancellations, we apply a processing fee of 150 THB per person, plus any applicable card processing fees. Refunds may take 7-30 days depending on your bank and country.

To amend or cancel, please email us at support@ViagoTour.com with your Booking (Voucher) number.

5. Limitation of Liability
ViagoTour is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions outside our control, such as extreme weather, strikes, or unforeseen travel issues. We strive to inform you of any necessary changes to your itinerary.

6. User Conduct
You agree to respect local laws, regulations, and cultural customs. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of your tour without refund.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the ViagoTour website, including images, text, and logos, is owned by ViagoTour or licensed to us. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Amendments to Terms and Policy
ViagoTour reserves the right to update these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
